I am excited to announce that Bonny Broom’s semantic search technology, evaluation process, and transcription quality-check system was issued a US Patent today! Our full statement is linked here.
I am proud of the work that our small team has done during the past two years to create ground-breaking technological tools for researchers, archivists, and students. Videlicet is a tool made by academics for academics.
And we’re just getting started! I filed an additional patent for Bonny Broom’s search evaluation system. I am excited to integrate this technology into the scholarly community and discover new history!
